We are continuing to grow and are looking for new locations across the whole of Germany, according to the following requirements:
Which objects are suitable for us?
• Shopping center with at least approx. 10,000 m² sales area and at least approx. 20 joint tenants (independent of the inhabitants).
• Attractive specialist market centers with an extensive and lucrative mix of industries as well as other small-scale shops.
• Main stations.
What area size do we need?
• The ideal surface area is approx. 40 - 80 m² (total area)
• We can operate rental areas of up to approx. 100 m² with our concept.
What structural requirements do we have?
• The rental space should be for catering concept.
• Otherwise, we have no special structural requirements; We take over the Rental areas usually in the existing condition and build themselves out.
* Construction condition in agreement with the landlord/building description
* Grease separator/grease exhaust: Ideal, (but not necessarily required by using mobile grease filters and charcoal filters)
